I'm really enjoying calorie cycling! Just throws off the numbers when I have a workout day with 2800+ calories the day before a weigh-in lol. 152 average all week and then I woke up to a 2lb gain overnight. Whatever. Don't even care. Too early to say how the extra food is affecting my workouts yet, but I should have an idea by this coming week. Throwing in a 4th day of lifting starting Tuesday. That's as much as I'll do. The additional recovery time, I've found is priceless for making progress. I haven't been on FS much lately due to personal stuff dominating my freetime, but it's all getting wrapped up soon.
