Thank you, Ashley. ❤️ I wish this was because of some delectable, wonderful treat. It is not... Just low motivation, lack of working out for a couple days... I'm cold, disappointed, and grumpy! 😡 Working on a better day today! 🌹 

You're cold? As in the weather? It is so hot here!  

Yeah, Princess, we haven't hit 70 degrees for days. Lows in the fifties. That is fine for spring, but dark skys, cool temps, and sweaters aren't fun when it is supposed to be summer. 😊 But forecast is for no rain for a few days hopefully, and the sun is trying to show today!!!  

June is famous for being cold here... Referred to as "junuary, "but July and August are what we look forward to all year! Here's to warm and dry days coming!!!  

Hope it warms up soon! Thanks for the info. I didn't realize that. Were looking at 90's this weekend and I just wish our pool wasn't closed for covid.  

Oh no! Sorry melissa, I hope your mood and weather turn around soon🤗💜 I also did not know of “junuary”. Super Jealous over here- it’s been in the 90’s this past week and in the 100’s the week before 🥵 cooler today in the 80’s lol 

Thanks guys! I just cheered myself up a bit. I looked back at my weigh in and I've only recorded out of the "blue" (that is 2lbs above goal for me) twice in more than six weeks weighing in almost daily. That is sure better than I was doing, so I'm just going to focus on that for the moment! 😁 Also, I really try not to let the gloom impact how I feel. Living where I do it can get really rough if you let the weather dictate your mood. But... even after living here a couple decades, I still keep thinking summer should... Be summer! 😁 I love it when we get to 90, but I am sure I would find extended periods of 90 and 100 degrees somewhat oppressive! Hope you guys can stay a little cool this weekend! ❤️ 

I’d love it where you are. I can’t stand the heat or anything about it. I’d love to live in an igloo! 😂😂 Let those beautiful roses cheer you up. Surely a vase full is a heart lifted!! And smile causer! ❤️😁🌹  

Everybody has a few bad days from time to time. They'll be gone as they came. 💪🏻💪🏻😘 

Chris- at least it cools off by 7! Here it’s still 90 at 9pm in the summer😩 

Hahah, wifey! You sound like so many people hear! Chris is right that when it gets warm they do suffer! I grew up where we had 4 real seasons and the temps in the summers were frequently triple digits. I had terrible heat stroke once... after a terrible sunburn where I blistered over 1/3 of my body, and then the next day a three hour horse clinic. I fell right off my horse. I had to be careful for years after that, but I still love the heat! sweating just means you are finally warm enough!!! :) Yes, Chris, it is easier to exercise when it is cooler, but I don't feel so motivated after months of grey!  

Thank you, Eva! I'm down today... but not to goal. That will take a while again. :( Always a journey! :) Ashley, that is brutal! Only for a short time have I lived where it didn't get cool at night... Minnesota for 4 years. Canada, Idaho, and here it always gets cool at night, which I know makes a huge difference.
