The good news is my hubby's work stress is all gone after he talked to his bosses so I am really happy about that. It makes a huge difference.
I did NOT put on 2kg. My clothes are fitting just as well as normal. It must be TOM thratening! Why else would I have cried for 2 hours straight the other night LOL
Also my parents came around for dinner and we all had a great time. My mum seems to be eating lower carb now so that is a start!
I am going to count this weigh in as an anomoly, but am marking it so I can "lose" some weight over this next week LOL.
Thank you all for being so supportive during my stress freak out yesterday. I really appreciate it.

That's why we are here Squiggs. It's to help each other through, good, bad, sad, and happy times. So glad to hear that the stress with hubbies work is not an issue any more. Sounds like you had a great evening with your family. That weight will come right back off you, you just wait and see. I have much faith in you. Hang in there and enjoy the rest of your evening.:)

Thanks buddy! I need to drink more water LOL. That would help A LOT! I just hate needing to pee a lot when I am out.
Thank you for your faith in me, and your encouragement. It means so much to me. God has really blessed me with wonderful friends on here that really care, even though we have never met in person.

Any time. Just post away and we will be here for you. We don't need to meet(yes, it would be nice, but not necessary). We know each other from our feeling within us. Our caring sides, funny sides, sad sides, etc. That is how we will know each other for now. Enjoy your hopefully quiet evening.:)

Hehe it is morning here. 7.15am to be exact. Food shopping is tonight so I am looking forward to it. I am one of the few people I know who loves grocery shopping LOL
