Multiple drops in the past days☺ I got my dresses in the mail for my trip... and they fit... not flattering but they fit!😂 A good encouragement to keep going this month so they look somewhat decent. Silk and tight clothing don't like to hide the rolls lol😆

Thanks Ireland-83! It is SO exciting getting into a medium and a size 9 dress☺ When I gained the weight, I didn't buy new clothes-went from a size 6 to over a 18. It definitely feels good to get into smaller size clothing even if I have the loose skin chub😆

Hopefully it goes back to normal. This is also one of the reasons that people do resistance training. When you look at a person who has lost weight the muscles are more prominent than the skin. I am so happy for you, you're doing so well.
