Maybe if I'd actually slept last night, the drop would've been more dramatic.
I've got a huge headache from only getting 3 hours sleep, a million things to do, and no energy ☹.
Even if it's only a half-hearted attempt, I will not miss out on this chance to go to the gym! COFFEE (and lots of napping) - not sure how well that combo is gonna play together, but whatever 😊.
Here's the plan:
Chest hair pushups x20
Straight-bar bellybutton pulldowns (reverse grip) 2x12
Weighted toenail crunches 3x25
Beard dips x18
Pinky toe squats 3x12
Overhead lateral tongue raises 4x10 + drop-sets
Eyelid plank (hold for time) - 3:00
Shin curls 2x20
Yeah... I need some sleep 😆

Oh goodness... You nut! I hope you had enough energy to at least walk back to your car after your work out! Get some sleep, man. Stay away from the "money bag" fleecers! Actually, I'm a little serious about that! 😁 Hubby has been having such trouble getting enough sleep and is detoxing from coffee. He is catching up on sleep! Even when he needs a little nap, he is actually able to sleep because he hasn't had caffeine to try to stay awake! 😁 Even though he only has it in the am, it was still causing troubles!

when coffee becomes ineffective I do at least a 30 day caffeine fast. all work and no caffeine makes homer a jerk. lol. but it works.

Yay!! 45 minutes is plenty! You did it and it was fun and you'll do it again and again and again...And usually it will be fantastic and every once in awhile it will be so-so but good enough... Like sex. ;)

Chris, I did mention my lack of sleep but she just said to put on my big girl pants and quit whining like a baby..jk, she didn't actually say those words but her look said it all..lol
Then we proceeded to do burpees, trx pushups, bicep curls into shoulder press, pullups, tricep pushups, tricep dips, crunches, v sit-ups, planks, sit-ups,(2 sets) and then finished workout on rowing machine.

@DP I really love my trainer. She is the nicest person but a "no nonsense" kind of gal. I always learn so much from her about good form etc. Now it's been a few hours and I can feel the fatigue...but no pain, no gain, right? Tomorrow is my lighter day, mostly bike or treadmill, as I need that cardio. Btw, Wish I could achieve arm and back muscles like you have! 💪💪👍👍
