Good morning all! Like I said I started over this last week and I am on day 7 of detox...I couldn't wait until day 9 to weigh in so I did it this morning and to my surprise I am almost back to the weight that I was before Grams passed....thanks for all your support and encouragement it really does help a lot! I am very please with myself right now, just about 15 more to go before I am at my goal. I am very excited...I am going to stick with what I have been doing for about a week more so that I can really get myself back. We leave for Mexico in 2 weeks and I can't wait to see what I can do! I didn't follow Detox 100%, but for the most part I did and it worked! It makes me very excited to know that I can do this for LIFE! I got in about 20 minutes of elliptical this morning, and played 5 games of softball yesterday, so that is enough exercise for me for the weekend! I hope you are all doing well...to the newbies keep a positive attitude and you can achieve anything you set your mind too!!!
