bp 112/70 lost two more pounds! slow and steady weight loss. I pulled a muscle in my back on Tuesday, so my activity has been limited even more this week. But seeing even a little weight loss is very encouraging!! Today I feel a little sluggish and I have a headache. I overslept and missed breakfast. I guess it's just an off day.

It may refer to that little green hearth you can press... when you do that you support the entry made

liv is correct, lots of people click on that heart to show they support you and your efforts even though they may not leave a message. If you click on it, you can see who supports you. 🌈

Depends a bit of whether you are accessing through the app or the website I think.

Thank y'all for your explanation!! I understand now. "Supporting" someone is a way of showing that you read someone's post and you are sending encouragement or a pat on the back. Did I get that right??
