Feeling so yucky these days. However, I think that there are going to be some pretty big changes in my life that will bring me the tools I need to lose the 20 pounds I need to lose. Since my mom's passing on September 19th this year, I have been using her death as an excuse to eat whatever and not even stick to my food journal and that has lead to a weight gain of 10 pounds in the last month or so!
I have to really watch-even through the holidays:(!!

The first holiday without a parent can be really tough. Try to remember that your mom would much rather look down on you and see you enjoying life, treating yourself well, and remembering her with joy and not sadness.
