WOW...where has the time gone! It has been forever since I last posted, didn't think it had been that long, but oh well. Things have been very crazy in my world and I guess I just needed to take some time for myself! I have done nothing for exercise really, other then a few days at the gym and a few nights of volleyball..eating is ok, not being strict, but definitely watching my portion sizes! I am down 1/2 a pound since I last posted, not bad for not doing anything! LOL! I am just going to stick with this for now and after the 1st of the year get my butt in gear! I am so not ready for the holidays, this year for some reason is really rough. I miss my niece more then ever, I thought it was suppose to get easier, not harder! :-( Guess only time will tell! Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and the Happiest New Year!

Great job on still losing weight when you weren't really trying. The holidays always make us take note of our family and who's missing. I'm praying that God will bring you peace and happiness this holiday!!

Yes, great job on maintaining with little effort. I think that just proves that you changed your lifestyle of eating and are now eating healthier. Second what Jadenby says too!
