You can do it if you stay true to this plan... it works! Do you mind me asking what happens in 22 more days? 

HI Skurtz - A trip to Laughlin, NV with about 20 ppl. which means only one thing to me...bathing suits, hot weather, shorts...UGH, all the things I dread. I consider myself fairly attractive, but boy if you could see me naked or in a bathing suit...oh boy thats whole new story. Of course I have a loving husband who adores me, junk in the trunk and all, but insecurities around strangers gives me an anxiety attack. I tried for a whole month, ate well and excercised, and nothing. Lost 2 pounds. I was so disappointed that I gave up. But now that the time is close, Im getting desperate. I have will power, I just need to stay focused. You know what I mean. Thanks for writing me.  

with the fat flush plan you can have lots of weight and inches gone. good luck and dont worry about what other people think. just be yourself and have a wonderful time.
