You’ve done really well Jo, everyone had to have a cheat now and again, even the famous Jo Wicks has been hitting more of the booze 😂 It’s going to be a lovely day so get the hot tub fired up 👍 

yes will most probably be going in later 😊 I need to find the motivation to start doing crunches to shift firm up the last bit of mummy tummy that's left but for now I'm gonna carry on the treadmill and introduce the bike x 

next treat will be my daughters birthday end of June 🙂 

Your already doing well with exercise the cores not as hard to work out as people think it’s just like you say starting it in a routine. make sure you treat yourself to a big slice of birthday cake x

I’ve never been bothered about too much sweet soft but I love birthday cake 🍰 When it’s all cut up I always grab the biggest piece with all the soft icing before anyone else lol.  

Haha I always use to make sure I had end of the Yule log at Christmas yum yum! Love icing and chocolate buttercream x 

Yeah I love those too, I grab the biggest piece and shove it in my mouth before anyone else can get to it, with cheeks like an hibernating chipmunk everyone looking at me I look up and say “Sorry did someone else want that piece? 😂
