Workout was great earlier! At first I was like, "it's 5am and im tired I wanna do absolutely nothing today" and then I thought about how that mindset got me to 263 pounds last October and I quickly hopped myself up to start my 5 mile walk Lol! Then I did a small amount of house cleaning after walking my dog then went to drop some packages off at the maildrop. That is when a random (handsome) man saw me and told me I was strikingly beautiful and to have a wonderful day. Now, first I thought, "wow I've REALLY been fat a little too long lol" bc I felt like I hadnt heard that while out randomly in a while (from a person outside of myself) but then I realized that wasnt it at all. I have heard people i love like family and friends say it while i was obese and now overweight but I used to block it out bc I didnt fully believe it myself. Ive told myself im beautiful of course since gaining all that weight but it takes a while for it to stick. Today, i was able to receive that compliment by responding with a confident "Thank you!" Bc I believe it to be true again within myself.

That is a breakthrough. For real.

Anywho, feeling great and the pounds are a falling off too! Staying focused bc this extra weight has got to GO!
