Pebbleperson Thank you very much for your kind comments, i hope you are keeping safe. The beer gut is all my fault, only now when it is too late i have realized. 

Is that your garden Chestnut... it’s beautiful! Switch to rum for the bear gut.. how many pirates do you know that have bear guts? 🤣 

Leanne yes they are photos of my garden, i haven't had a beer since March 20, just lots of wine, as for the pirates i put it down to their activities ! Thank you so much for the compliments are you well today? 

Lovely photos of your garden. I too don't have any idea on beer guts 😆 I'm saddened to hear death rates went up yesterday! Doesn't look like I will be seeing Simon anytime soon or going to the hairdresser! X

nice garden chestnut. keep up with your walks but quicken your step a bit and get the heart going, maybe some leg raises  

Peat thank you very much for the advice, i look on the positive side i can't stop on the way for a pint. 

I’m good thank you chestnut, already washed the car and been on the treadmill and it’s only past 10!! Plan on mowing the garden too but we will see... wine makes me put on weight I have found (but that might be the amount I consume!!! 🤪 ) and as for rum it’s one of the best alcohol drinks for dieters (apparently but I may be wrong!)  

🤣 when the pubs are open again, you can run to the pub and slowly walk back.

Today i am going to take it easy i think 3 to 4 mile walk calf muscles are tightening up and my bald patch got burnt, i am going to try and do more dumbbells curls.

I can't answer for the lovely Moopie, but it would take a sizeable financial investment for me to travel halfway round the world. Onlykathy actually has sound advice😊
