For the last 3 weeks, I have been in a weird funk. I think this staying at home has just got to me, even though I don't like to admit it. I am a strong woman...right. I can do this...right. But lately I don't feel these things, I just feel....unmotivated and down and powerless. Now I need to work to get it all back. I need to start reading all the inspiration on this group. I need to find my spark again and build the flame! Its not falling down that counts, its how I get back up!

Needing and wanting are two different things and also huge when I comes to our mindset. You want to do all those things you mentioned. Then you will definitely do it. I’m in the same boat. My willpower is out the window and all I want to do is stuff my face. I need to want to not do that lol. Good luck. Hope we both can get our positive mindset back.
