Hey everyone! I know I haven't been on for a while, but I got a call from my surgeons office (telephone appointment due to covid) and I informed them of my weight and they are now ready to call my plastic surgeon's office with a referral for me to have my panniculectomy done., I told them that with the covid going on i would prefer to wait until things start to clear up and I get to 135 or 130 before I ask for the referral. I have a couple of underlying issues and am not ready to get intubated for an elective surgery with the chance of staying on intubation. am trying to do things the best and smartest way I can at this point. Am hoping that everyone is doing well and staying healthy and finding the best possible ways for each of your individual goals and eating/health maintenance along with your mental well being during this difficult time.
