Happy Friday everyone! It was a happy surprise when I stepped on the scale. I had a protein bowl from Taco H3ll last night, so I figured I would be up. It will probably hit tomorrow.
No leg workout last night. I just couldn't do it. I'm much better today so they will be done tonight. It's supposed to be beautiful sunshine this weekend and I plan on yard work again. I'm putting flagstone in my flower bed to alleviate some of the grass and weeds that come up. It will make it much more manageable.
A little funny for today. Time to make my appointment before it comes to this.
