In the end no one will care what we look like.
My neighbors brother is terminally ill. Give her a hug. People will remember if we were loving;loyal; good listeners; didn't take ourselves too seriously and practiced random acts of kindness.
My mother is one of the most beautiful women I know. She is chubby, keeps her white hair in a bun, and she's never had plastic surgery. She bakes my husband homemade cookies, buy's books at goodwill to give to needy children and can find a funny story in everyday events. (Even about her car breaking down on the road.)
In my quest for health and beauty, in the end no one will actually care what I look like, but what I did. ;-)

Read the rest of Dylan's journal, the entries are just like everyone else's. Dylan is having an important moment and frankly, I agree with it - in the end, what you look like doesn't matter as much as what you ARE like. Let her remind us of the important things. Or let him. Can't tell from the name.
