Thanks najwa 🤗☺️♥️ If I can only get my hiney below 197 lbs 😩😂🤣 the struggle is so real!! I got in my stairclimber last night with my earbuds because hubby was sleeping and he woke up because it makes a screeching sound. So I took myself to the kitchen, popped in my ear buds and 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 hard lol.

Good morning JC and all of our other friends and FS family. JC you're doing good. I'm stuck right there at the 197 too. We had all that ham and stuff as well. Lots of salt. We can't look at the day to day. We have to stay focused on the long range picture. We're all doing well. We're all stuck in the house and everything's upside down in the whole world so just the fact that we didn't all go nuts says we're all doing good. LOL
