Let's just say I had a bit of a blip, I haven't been recording my food, I've been eating poorly, I need to fix it. I have seen others have responded to being quarantined with food too, that's because food is a good comforter. The sun being out is helping, I have been exercising better and that's a great mood lifter. I like the majority of people miss being able to function as normal right now. I know it will get better eventually. I am also quarantined with my mother who loves to make sure you have a good meal and bakes cakes. This will take a lot of willpower. Hope you're all staying as safe as you can x
