I finished the 10-day cleanse with a total of 6.6 pounds lost. Starting phase 2 today, which is supposedly the weight loss stage. I am excited to see the results and then keep on going.
Been running every other day, and I got the "Can You 24" workout dvd. I have done 2 of the workouts, love that I dont need any equipment to do it, and still feel the burn!
Drinking tons of water, and not adding any salt to anything, and eating hardly any packaged food...but still waking up in the morning retaining water and feeling puffy.
Down about an inch or half inch in most places, 2 inches in my tummy.
