Not feeling like doing ANYTHING today - not sick, just not motivated. Took the double dose of the Rexulti for just two days and then stopped doubling up because I felt so shaky. I'm feeling back to "normal" now but just don't have ANY motivation today for some reason. My eating is WAY out of control - no food is safe in my presence lately! I'm guzzling Diet Coke like crazy - 3-5 cans a day! HELP! I'm sinking! I wish I could get over this "all or nothing" mentality. As long as I'm doing PERFECTLY, I can stay on my WOE, but as soon as I stray a LITTLE, I go off the rails totally and STAY off for an extended period of time before I'm able to rally myself again. It sucks! I didn't even want to go to the effort of picking up my laptop to WRITE this - that's how UNmotivated I am!
