Got to get myself motivated. Trouble is I find myself stuck in this rut .
Having lost my job , then unwilling I have given the control back to my bulky of a husband . Has I get older I can see my mum and dad in us .
Dad the bully , mum just trudging along . That is just so like us . I comfort eat , I drink far too much latte .And not enough water . I have had this headache for weeks. Maybe down to stress .
I have pulled away from friends . I don't see many people, only at church . But hey ho spring is just around the corner .

The girls above are right. I would just add; refuse to give into it. Do even just one little thing every day to move forward. Or my old favourite. Fake it til you make it.

Saddened to hear you’re struggling. However as you say. Spring just around the corner and that makes happier moods. Also speaking of corners....I like many men have to sometimes be in a corner or allow ourselves to be cornered to make decisions so we can come out fighting and achieve what we want. Or maybe that’s just me?
