Burned 675 Cals this morning with the Back Squats & DB Curls & Press.
Of course, the 10 Cals Rowing, 15 Wall Ball Squats & DB Pull Thru (3 Rounds) helped refresh all muscles 💪

Likewise, my appetite gets pretty hearty, burning 10,000 cals p/week exercising. I seem to be maintaining for two months.
