Doing OK. I am extremely tired and do not know why. Perhaps it is the pain meds I'm on mixed with the psych meds. Tomorrow I will call the doctor, I will get off of the rest of the pain meds - I have no choice. The weather is getting quite cool at night... Calorie intake averaging about 1400 -1600 calories a day lately...

Low energy days are hard and I hope you can figure out what it is GlennM. My Daughter is at U.C. Davis and is hoping to get a career in research medicine where medications are genetically designed to help people without the side effects. Med's are tricky as they cause different symptoms in different people. Best Wishes and hope you are feeling better very soon. TOWANDA!!!

Hi - Lisa and Sara - I am up with energy now during the night. But I am on very strong meds for the arthritis and I got off of some last week, so they're causing my tiredness I'm sure and sleepiness. I am on psych meds - the one I'm on now has the least effects for its class (for me anyway) but I'm too doped up to continue as a nurse where I could make medication errors. And so I am now cornered into attempting a career as a writer. I think in my older years I will have success but would like to do so soon before anymore friends and relatives pass on...
