Happy I’m falling after pigging out in Las Vegas. I generally plateau around 275, but I really need to break through 270, which hasn’t happened in years. The salad I posted is a Farmer Boys chicken salad, and again with coupons, and rewards isn’t to bad in price for such a large salad. Was very tasty too. Hope all of you are having a wonderful day, and keep a good attitude, this life is a wonderful blessing.

Thanks Moopie! My doctor gave me medicine for cholesterol, and I don’t really like taking it. He told me to either take the medicine or lose weight, so here I am.

I know that option too. I think you made a good choice. Use food scales and measuring spoons to get accurate estimates of calories. I follow keyten77 for her Mediterranean diet meal ideas. Mediterranean diet is the number 1 diet recommended to reverse a host of diet related ailments. I follow rosio19, for the mental advice to keep going when change is hard.
