scale went the wrong way.it probably had something to do with eating chinese for lunch yesterday.i new better but i was starving by the time i got out of the docs.i ate better than i normally do,lots of veggies.i was so thursty after.my dh and i know better than to go to an all you can eat buffet...we take it as a personal challenge.

my baby grandsons mom got in a wreck yesterday ,no one hurt,but i am not sure whats going to happen with her new job and moving to her sisters.i havent heard from her.

it will be just my youngest daughter and i today,i normally wouldnt word it that way,me and my kid is more my speed.my dh and ds went on an amish trip to ky for the day.no plans.she has music on,my old ears dont like most of it.plays the games on facebook and we talk.

ps.THE SUN IS SHINING!!!!!

the scale at docs about got injured.it read 176!mine says 170 this morning.i like mine better.well happy friday.

Hi! Thanks for comments on my journal, so I know I'm not alone. chinese food - yes it makes you thirsty which is why the scale was up! Yay for sunshine.

Don't stress about the docs scale - you know you are losing.
