My weight's been creeping up. I had a bad day a couple of days ago with too many nuts, yesterday I was just ravenous. Today was good calorie-wise (below 3000 is good, also at least 1100 below exercise), but it was a carb blow-out. It's not like I had a piece of cake or anything, but I went to Benihana, and discovered only after the fact that scallops are a high carb food (11g in 4 oz), and their onion soup (which I love) is 3g. Which isn't bad except I had three bowls of it. If I kept it to one onion soup and nixed the scallops that would save 17g. Skipping the onions and cutting the strawberries in half would save me another 9g. That would put me in the low 50's which is my target zone.
We'll see what happens over the next couple of days, when I keep my calorie deficit going and keep my carbs out of the stratosphere.
