I don’t have insta, Facebook etc etc so I’m here most of the time. Nice to meet you brah Dustin 😄 love the tough love advice you give. 

I'm not a social media person much either, but I had to start being more active because I plan on doing weight-loss and wellness coaching and you need some kind of online presence 🙊 I like this app more than the other platforms because it's not geared around getting likes and followers and selling products with promo codes 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks! I try tell it like it is but can't force people to listen to reason 😂💁🏻‍♂️ Everyone wants to focus on nonsense like steps, which macros, what type of training, meal timing etc. which is maybe 15% of it, the other 85% is basics.. But companies like to sell people complicated ideas so they can rip them off 🤷🏻‍♂️🙊 

😄 I wish you all the best with the weight loss and wellness coaching. I’ve seen worse approaches. I’m sure you’ve seen videos from Cole Robinson the snake diet guy😂 he is just too much. He contradicts himself a lot.  

Haha thanks so much. Certified as a personal trainer, yoga instructor and life coach.. Also studied Bsc Biological Sciences 🤓 so I'm a little over-qualified for wellness coaching but it's my passion and I'd like to use my business degree to start a business in it 😊 As for the snake diet, yep nothing surprises me anymore in this industry. If someone made a "eat your own faeces diet" and had a sixpack and enough followers - you'd find people doing it 🙄 

Impressive 😎 I don’t know if people are gullible enough to follow a diet that involves 💩😂🤢 but I’ve been surprised enough to know it’s possible. Sad but true. I will be watching out for great tips and tricks from you in the future. Take care ✌🏼
