Sick again. Yuck! I'm so sick of being sick! I've been dealing with my sinuses for 3 weeks or so and just can't kick this junk and it makes my head hurt and makes me dizzy, not to mention I can't breathe, so it's hard to get a workout done. I really need to keep my eating better so I'm not gaining while I'm feeling this way. I know I'll be so tired by this evening that I won't be able to function, so the workout will have to wait, hopefully I can get it in tomorrow. If anyone has any good sinus remedies (besides the neti pot) please share.

YUCK! I've been in the same boat for a couple of months. Now with the temps up and down so much the allergies are adding to it. I WANT SPRING! And I mean late after allergy season spring lol. Feel better!

Honey! I don't remember where I heard its good for allergy relief. It's suppose to help reduce the swelling of your sinuses too. Plus.. it's yummy and it's an excuse to eat honey. The darker or more natural the honey the better. If I had sleep and didn't listen to so many healthy podcasts I could probably tell you where I heard this. Wiki said it works though.

Thanks! I'll have to try the honey. Can I just take a bath in it, maybe just squirt it directly up my nose? My head is just pounding and my sinuses feel like they are really inflammed so I'm willing to try about anything.

I hear you why won't this cold season get over all ready?!?! My sinuses are draining again and I've had a sore throat for 2 days. I'm sick of being sick! My mom swears by honey for everything (told me to warm some up for my sore throat). . maybe I should get some too!
