Weight after the holiday season, I haven't particularly been a pig more than that, I actually was sick so no workout in the past 2 weeks. Anyway, pictures from the past days. It's possible to seek "that edge" and not count every single calorie. Healthy habits matter, I am not a movie star but an average middle-aged woman, 40 in 2020. Things that matter: working out, balance, mindfulness, feeling good in your body. Listening to your body, basically, on the top. I stopped drinking coffee 10 days ago and I feel way better. Congrats to myself. We had fun this weekend with my kid. He learnt how to cut veggies and more than that actually. Yep, making a true apple juice is hard. It looks disgusting, it oxidises, yet it tastes great. Education matters. Be healthy, FS friends or not.

Still beautiful and teaching your son new skills. Awesome! Try a bit of lemon juice or sprinkle with ascorbic acid powder to keep your apples from oxidizing.

Tassos I have my moments too 😂 we had raclette (potatoes, sausage/ham/bacon and lots of melted cheese) for Christmas at work. I ate so much I couldn’t move 🐷 but overall it’s rare I overeat.

Awee John 🤗 I think it’s a mix of everything, but yes, you are right! When I was 20 I thought I’d be profoundly old at 40 😂 now I realise I wouldn’t want to be 20 again, go figure.

Biss, thank you. I am more into a lean and subtly muscular look, as a former dancer. My definition/muscle ratio is just fine and right to my taste. My main goal is to look toned and have smooth skin without cellulite or stretch marks and I have been lucky to maintain it in the past 7 years. Tastes differ, I guess?
