Back on my regular eating schedule, regular potions. Well, as regular as it gets. Around the holidays I have taught myself to be less a Scrooge and enjoy the food and now I know I can do this! It takes a few days to lose the weight and it takes a few days to gain it. It's as simple as that. Do I regret the weight gain? No. It's as easy to lose weight as it is to gain it, you just have to have that kind of mindset. I have bee. on the 1500 calorie plan do adjust my weight down, now that I'm at my maintenance weight, I can allow myself 2000 calories. Have a great day FS folks!
