I haven't posted in a long time. I had been unwilling to do what must be done and was too embarrassed. Since I started following the directions of my program and committing my food on another site, I am down almost 30 pounds. At this age, I don't set the scale on fire with a downward plunge, but I am grateful for the slow steady losses over the last 6 months since I started to exercise and measure my food again. On Friday I will be in the hospital having a knee replacement so my gym membership has to go on hold until I can heal enough to return to the treadmill. But I will continue to moderate and measure my food NO MATTER WHAT! The holidays are more celebratory when my food is clean and my mind is focused. So I am grateful to have the courage to post again and move forward
