you are so close to 189! I know its not been easy but you are doing so well.  

2.8 pounds away from that 30 pound mark!!! 

Thanks! So close, yet so stalled. It says at the rate I'm losing it will take 21 months to goal weight. Soooo not what I want to hear! 

I read a post last night in the Atkins Community - do you look in there at all - the post was from someone - Buttonni - you could go look her up - about why the scales don't budge - can't remember where seh got the information from but she does say in the article - its a very good article and will give you some comfort knowing its not just you. I will go back and look for a link for you. Like so many people on these posts say - just keep doing what you're doing - if you are eating right, drinking, etc, etc, it will move. Let me go get that link and I'll be right back.
