Well, I've been sick, so not too hungry and I've been sticking to keto, so I'm seeing some losses. The fever's gone, so I'm on my way out of this one. Let's home my grandbaby doesn't have a new daycare bug by the next time I go. For the last two weeks, I've had two different colds due to our weekly germ exchange!

And I've now dropped lower than where I was before my 'diet holiday'. Still 5 lbs above my pre-concussion weight of 2 years ago.

Thanks Liv. I went out to do some garden clean up, so there's a little energy there. But when I came in there was a little fever spike, so I guess I pushed it.

so sorry you been fighting the bug. thoughts and prayers are with you. try and eat some bone broth. two 1000mg vitamin C liposomal from dr. Mercola always knocks it out of me immediately.
