Yesterday had a major glitch in it...I went home sick with a major migrain. That was no fun by any means! I am really glad that I went home for lunch though. My roommate's parents are coming down tonight so I went home at lunch to clean yesterday. I was pressed for time, so I was running around the house like a crazy person for about forty minutes. Thank goodness cleaning house counts as activity! I would have failed in day three of the Fall Into Fitness Challenge all because of some dumb headache! I got home around four and went straight to bed, slept until about 7 and got up to make dinner, then went to get frozen yogurt with the roomie and was back in bed asleep by 10.

I woke up feeling better this morning, but by the time I got to work, my head was starting to hurt again. Don't know what is going on...but hopefully it stops soon! Tried to nip it in the bud before it got worse with two extra strength tylenol at 8:30 this morning. Seems to be keeping it at bay for the moment. I will take two more around lunch to keep holding it off. Hopefully I can make it through the day today and head to the gym after work.

Points have been going great this week. I got all of my good health guidelines in yesterday without even really trying. I was pretty excited because I got everything in and still zeroed out the day! To top that off I earned two activity points cleaning house and didn't use those either. If I keep going at this pace, I should hit 199 by the end of November with no problem at all! I don't care if I lose three pounds one week, one the next and then half a pound the next as long as I can get to 199 by the time my hubby gets home! For now though, I just have to focus on my short term goals of sticking to my daily target as much as possible. It amazes me how one week this can seem so simple, but the few weeks before this, it was nearly impossible for me to re-start the program! I am just happy to be back in the "loser" mindset. :)
