YAHOO!!!!

Looks what happens when you think positive!!! LOL..you ACTUALLY lose the weight!

I was up late last night suffering from a pretty bad stomachache. I have been having a lot of health problems which I am hoping will correct themselves once my diet and exercise routine gets into a pattern here. I will also be having an operation again in the near future, so maybe my apprehension about that has caused me some stomach upset.

I didn't have a very good experience at the end of July when I had the last operation. I got a blood infection from the site where the IV was put in, and the worst part is, I was telling the nurse that put it in me that she was putting it in too hard! I will never go through that again! This is my body, and I deserve the best!

And that's why I decided to get back to my own way of dieting. I am at my all time low!!! I have never been 162 even for YEARS!

Yay me:)
