Sunday. Cloudy. The sun I think is supposed to shine today. We have errands to run in town so maybe when we get down off this mountain we'll see sun.

Up a mere 2 tenths of a lb. no worries.

Dishes are done. Coffee is made. If ire is stoked. I've still to make the morning juice.

Another day. Another opportunity to practice kindness, trust and patience. I've a long ways to go but at least I'm on the path.

Grateful today for

Prayer.
Hope.
Fun chats with buddies.
Coffee!

Rather simple I know but the creative juices aren't flowing yet. Just glad I'm here. Looking forward to work actually. Lol. It's where I am best I fear. Take care!

I don't know how you do it with a scale like that, it would drive me BONKERS to see my weight in 10ths. :-) Keep up the good work and strength!
