I am up 3 lbs. after mowing lawns. I'm beginning to think that maintaining 180 would be healthier, but I think I want to give 169lbs. a fair shot! lol!
I think with my prior injuries that 169lbs. may prove to be unattainable but it's always worth a shot. I have began growing my own business as I have started picking up work just from people watching me mow lawns! fun stuff! Oh and can I say rewarding?! Who would have ever known being healthy and thin didn't require working out at all?
Not dissing working out at all, I just can't do it, tried, ended up in the emergency too many times. The great thing is that people do not need to run and lift anything heavy. Mowing lawns has been a life saver for me and thank God I have family to mow for. Lawncare truly has brought me happiness and the confidence I need to start growing my own business.
