I gained weight instead of losing it at the first few weeks of the program because you see I did not really follow my plan. I have this quirk- I always like to start fresh and every first day of the month is a wonderful time to start. Especially if the first falls on a Monday then that, to me, is like winning the jackpot. It is auspicious. It has a certain symmetry to it. It makes me feel that such a perfect start will definitely carry me to the finish line. So, I registered in my fatsecret at the start of the year but I just let it be. But now, enough coasting along for me as I really have to buckle down to work on my health and body issues. It's time to get this show on the road! It's going to be an amazing ride. :-D
