I have been going to this gym for about a year on and off (mostly off 😂🤣😂) and he’s here every day... now that’s your morning motivation... have a great day and a great weekend ...

Very nice drop. 94 huh. I was walking in the park one time and this older gentleman would lap me. Rather embarrassing but great motivation.

My mom worked in the juice bar at her gym well into her eighties, and worked out there until she was ninety-one. She was so well-known there, they gave her a surprise birthday party when she turned 90 (small town). 💛💚💜
