Walked this morning. I left my ipod in the office so doing the elliptical stepper was out of the question. hahahaha. I took the dog for a 20 minute walk instead.

We had multi-family garage sale a few weeks ago and acquired a digital scales. Since it has me at the identical weight as the scales at the club, I'm assuming it's accurate. Now it will be even easier to obsess about my weight hahahaha

Seems like you're making good progress! We have a digital scale too. I enjoy it, and I check in on it daily, but I try not to obsess about it too much. It's just more of a way to make sure I'm not getting too far off track. Keep up the good work!
