Back down to 221! I hope I don't go up again. I think it was the cheetoe and the M&M. Sometimes I think if you go a bit over on the "good" carbs it doesnt hurt you nearly as bad as if you have some "bad" carbs. I am back in ketosis again. I really am doing better than I expected. I can't wait to see 199! Probably another month or two though. Thanks for the inspiration everyone!

All your effort is proving worth while. I've been off the diet again for the last 5 days. Back on track AGAIN tomorrow. Thanks for keeping us updated. I'm truly pleased for you : ) : ) : )

dont you love the comments? One co worker never fails to say "wow look at you! Skinny girl! " etc etc. Does make me feel good - worth going to work for. We are getting there!!! We weigh in kilos so I am waiting for the 100 mark. (220.5) Havent seen that in a log long time. Hoping for this sunday but may be a bit ambitious. You will be there this week though! Well done!

I'm sorry!!! I have one FAT picture of me from the company X-mas party but it is BAD! I will make my hubby take one of me in the morning when after my makeup is on & stuff. :)
