Day 5 of prednisone 😔😔😩 I’m not even ravenous yet, if anything I have no appetite. This is called prednisone swell. My body is retaining a ton of water. I pray I don’t get the ravenous part. This is why I struggle and don’t like taking something that’s absolutely medically necessary because of how my body reacts to it.

Had to do five days of prednisone early last month, and I feel you. I really let my eating go then too, but I'm now down to less than I weighed when I started the meds. It helped to remember it was temporary and necessary. Feel better, and hang in there!

Thanks kpwcalories and Keilin 💕 I haven’t had anything but my coffee and water. Hubby is boiling some eggs Incase I want hard boiled eggs or egg salad. I’m throwing chicken in the oven, just not feeling it.
