Stayed steady again....not doing anything right or exercising, but it is a great feeling to know that even though I am not trying I am still going good! Had a horrible weekend with all the emotions going on, but I am getting back to normal! Thanks for all the words of encouragement from all of you..it is great to have such wonderful buddies!!! I am planning on getting my butt back in gear soon, just don't have the motivation right now, so I am taking it easy and not pushing...I know it will come, but at this time I am very pleased with where I am at! I told my hubby that he was going to start the FS with me when I do and he said ok..so guess we will see if he follows though. It has just been such a busy summer for us so our goal is to start here soon! Everyone is doing great, keep up the good work!

Well, to get to where your at now you know you got great will power so, just get back on it when your ready. As long as you don't over do it as far as eating too much junkies then you'll be fine. Pep up girly don't feel down ok. Darn those emotions of ours huh. *
