4 months of no exercise (a month of being sick), stress from work, trying to get the house ready to sell, eating out with friends all the time and this is what happens. 😣 So upset with myself for letting it get this far. I refuse to let it go any further. My scrubs won't fit with too many more pounds and I refuse to buy larger! Vacation is over, the likelihood of the house selling in the next month is very low, so it's time to get back into the habit of healthy eating and regular workouts. I seriously hate the struggle.
