Yeah....who was it who suggested I have a piece of cake????

After having that, and quite possibly too many calories more, I went UP by 1.4 pounds. I am guessing a lot of that is water weight, but who knows. I am pretty upset about that though because I WAS at my all-time low....

I guess I will just start induction all over again and keep going.

The worst part is, there is another birthday in 1 more week-Mike's-and I am worried sick that I won't lose the weight in time for his birthday and that I will GAIN weight again!!!

GROAN........

Well, you'll be lower than if you didn't try until then. Keep your spirits up. You are still doing great. This week was full moon and that always messes me up too. I'm sure it is water weight.
