Keyten77, I like eggs, chicken, fish, with occasional red meet. I also can my own pork roast and chicken. I use vegan lentil soup, black beans, and chickpeas (Garbonzos). Yes, I am watching carbs! Potatoes, rice, chips, and pasta are my downfall. I also love broccoli and carrots and many fruits, berries, and nuts.

Chili - it has plenty of protein and fiber. And it's filling! There are carbs in the beans, but also fiber. Most foods with fiber also have carbs. I had meatless chili for dinner today.
