I need to poop! I have issues using the bathroom in public. I have issues using the bathroom at work, because I used to sit at the desk that's on the wall opposite the damn toilet. Makes it almost impossible since I know you can hear everything happening on the other side of the wall. Now there's someone in my home almost every minute I am. Unfortunately I cannot convince my body to go whenever he happens to be out of the house. This is ridiculous.

Chill woman! Have a dump for heavens sake! It’s a very natural deal right? All is well with the stinky world! One my favorite times is when camping for extended times and heading out to nature for that great movement! Is it ok to talk about having a bowel movement here? I say yes!

Put a radio in bathroom. tell everyone that you like listening to it to get mind off work a little bit while in the bathroom.. like its your little get away.. and get some special spray for bathroom to rid the evidence..

I think people stigmatize a basic human function and it's totally unnecessary. It's kind of ridiculous to me. Everyone gets gas. Everyone must have bowel movements and urinate. Granted it's not the most pleasant sound or smells but it's a part of life. My coworker complained about the bathroom smelling. I told her it's a bathroom. It serves a purpose to smell like that. You can't be offended by someone else's basic human need. Keep in mind that someone has encountered the aftermath of your bathroom use. Whether it be family, coworker, or stranger. As Charmin toilet paper says: Enjoy the go.

I am the same way!! Go right before jumping in the shower ~ having the shower run on cold while you go!

Oh boy do I understand this! It looks like theres enough of us to start a club!!!! Tip: Before, put some sheets of toilet paper on the surface of the water, -it really does work and aids 'relaxation' ;)
