The tide is out again 😝. This was AFTER a piece of cinnamon toast!

Macy is 5 today so daddy made cinnamon toast before work. Did you know there at more than 12g of carbs in a table spoon of sugar and less than that in a piece of Sara Lee 45 kcal bread?? I didn’t lol. So I really should avoid sugar and eat more bread... nah I’ll eat it all. Wonder if the other kids will finish theirs or leave me a piece like Macy did. 🤔 I’ll have to go check. Lol. Pretty sure I over calculated on the sugar. Forgot to weigh before he mixed it up but it was about a tbsp and that did 4 pieces.

Thanks :). She’s all excited because being 5 is awesome and she gets bubble gum without one of us having to sit with her. 5 year olds are more responsible and make sure not to run with gum, swallow or choke on gum and know to put it in the trash when finished. SHE is the one who told us she couldn’t have gum without us close until she was 5 lol. We let her have it by us at 3. At 4 I expected to let her have it without us right there but still sitting down. She decided on her own that it should be 5. She kept to her own rule too! But she does sneak 2-3 pieces at a time rather than just one lol. She’s gonna have that gum gone by months end! (Big jug thing of juicy fruit plus a pack of 14 mint gum)
