So sorry to hear your having a rough time xx 

No one who treats you like this is more important than your own health. I hope you don't let this spoil your aims and plans.  

Thank you so much for all your support! I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in my early 20s before that I was at a very healthy weight of 55. After that diagnosis and the massive change in weight, I lost my self confidence completely and it’s been a battle trying to get to where I was. This has just put me in a downward spiral all over again  

Sorry that's a bit crap!!! Just remember that you can't let them spoil your plans!! Not worth it x 

Yes sorry for u but think about yourself I know it’s easier said than done but try x

oh man. try to be objective and give yourself lots of time before you decide what to do 

Channel your hurt and despair into healthy eating and exercise and step out with someone new . Success is the best revenge 

Take care of yourself at the moment stay strong x 

show him what he threw away. get healthy talk to someone about how you feel either on here or someone close and aim for your goals xx 

Just remember nothing shit lasts forever. Iv wasted too many times letting men effect me and my weight in my life, I’m a lot older and wiser now and if I realise no one should ever have that power over me. No one will ever love you like you need to love yourself! Pick yourself up, don’t give him power, give him regret xxxx
